Founded in 1997, People’s Organisation for Participatory Education and Training (POPET) is a registered nonprofit organization based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Our mission is to empower marginalized and rural communities across Odisha through education, health awareness, environmental initiatives, and sustainable development programs.
POPET believes in grassroots participation as the key to long-term social change. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and volunteer efforts, we work in over 30 districts of Odisha, reaching thousands of families with impactful programs.
